Cosmetic & Beauty Must Haves :MAYBELLINE NEW YORK

If I had to choose three beauty products to take with me on a trip and ONLY three it would include, tinted moisturizer, highlighting concealer & mascara! Here are some great products you can snag on a budget from Target or CVS.... Maybelline DREAM FRESH BB 8-in-1 Beauty Balm Skin Perfector is made with Titanium Dioxide Suncreen with an SPF of 30.  It leaves a beautiful skin finish.  DREAMLUMI touch Highlighting Concealer for highlighting underneath the eye and hiding imperfections.  You can also contour with this product. Of course my all time favorite... that classic pink and green tube of Black GREAT LASH Mascara never lets me down.  It delivers quick volume and no clumps.  

Maybelline has also come out with some fun blushes, lipsticks and nail polishes you must try! 

NAIL POLISH TRENDS 2012

I've been obsessing lately over nail designs and the latest trends popping up in the industry. A must have is Oscar de la Renta's (just featured) runway colors exclusively on whowhatwear.com.  
My favorite look I created this summer was using the Ciate' Cavier nail pearls and having my nail guy strategically place them in black OPI half moon Gels.  Oh so fabulous.  

My friends over at Essie just surprised me with the most gorgeous array of nail polishes too (smiley face).  Sheen polish is a big trend now and if anyone knows how to make a perfect nail sheen it's Essie.  Im flipping out over "Penny Talk"! 

Chanel Cosmetics have also launched some great polish.  I love all their latest fall colors hitting the shelves. 

How to Create the Perfect Eyebrow (As seen on FOX)

Over tweezed brows? Uneven high arches? Follow these simple steps to achieving the perfect eyebrow shape.  

1.) Throw your tweezers away and surrender your brows to a professional.  Instead of plucking one or two each day allow your brows to grow completely in then make an appointment for a brow design.  Your brows will eventually get on a "growth cycle" where all the hairs grow in at once 1 time a month.  This makes for easier maintenance.  Also having your brows tinted by a professeional can thicken the appearance resulting in a fuller brow. 

2) Use a stencil and a pencil (as seen below) to fill in your  brows daily.  Comb your brows in a downwards direction as the hair grows naturally. Next use small light strokes in one direction with an eyebrow pencil in your correct color.  To smooth the color use an angled brow brush. I used Chanel Crayon Sourcils Sculpting Eyebrow Pencils, Chanel Angled Eyebrow Brush #12 and Anastasia Eyebrow Stencils. 

3.) For bushy unruly brows use Anastasia Clear Brow Gel to hold everything in place! 

4.) And voila! 3 Steps to the perfect brow!
